Basic
Qualifications:
2 years HVAC trade school or equivalent certification.
High school degree or equivalency.
Must have at least 5 years experience with Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC)Must have EPA CFC Universal certification.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain any required certification.
Candidate must be able to use hand and power tools including the proficient uses of torches and refrigeration gauges.
Have and maintain a valid diver license.
Must be able to record, review and can interpret equipment & systems readings.
Able to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and controls issues.
Familiar with all types of hand tools, multi-meters, metal fasteners, valves, pumps & piping with a strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems and computerized alarm & control systems.
Good general computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel).
Excellent oral & written communication skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, maintains a positive attitude, and willing to be a responsible & dedicated team Player.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by yourself.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work from a variety of aerial lift platforms including ladders.
Candidate must be able to lift 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
