Position Description Sonar Logistics Analyst If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the US Navy- Serco has a great opportunity for you! The Sonar Logistics Analyst will be on a dynamic team, programing ship systems at our location in Manassas, Virginia. You will be a part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. You will draw on your knowledge, expertise, and experience as lead Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) consultant for US Navy Program Office for submarine sonar systems. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Serco-Government team to integrate all aspects of logistical support for US Navy submarines, including PMS, Training, Supply Support, and Integrated Technical Manuals. Coordinate government and industry efforts to maintain maintenance requirements and update maintenance procedures. Research and develop maintenance requirements for new and updated sonar software and hardware systems. Develop new and improved maintenance requirements for existing systems. Respond to fleet, government, and industry reports detailing difficulties with PMS procedures. Provide weekly reports on maintenance program. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in either Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. Eight to ten years' experience. An active or current DoD Secret security clearance. Experience in administering preventive and planned maintenance systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work alone, and in small groups, to accomplish stretch goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Additional desiredexperience and skills:
