Dulles Glass and Mirror, a well-established, mid-size, high-end full-service glass, and mirror fabricator that has been serving the DC metro community for over 20 years, is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our family as a Warehouse Associate.
Successful candidates will need an eagerness to learn, as extensive in house paid training will be provided to help you grow and jump start a great career.
Job Description:
We are looking for a capable Warehouse Associate to support our company's warehouse operations.
You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Fulfilling orders, packaging items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups.
Loading and unloading of materials and products Restock shelves, organizing how and where materials are stored Monitor inventory level Inspect products for defects and damages Check, verify and fill customer invoices Abide by all company safety regulations Keep up to date with schedules and ensure all Purchase Orders are received or scheduled before Purchase Order's estimated time of delivery.
Prepare paperwork for shop driver and MD Installation Technicians Preparing/staging hardware needed for upcoming projects and assigning them to the corresponding installation tech teams.
Skills & Characteristics:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds assisted Work well in a team environment Ability to work in a fast pace high demand environment Prior experience in glass industry is a plus, but not required (paid training will be provided) Spanish Speaking is a Plus - Not required.
Warehouse Equipment Operation is a plus - Not required.
