The GM is responsible for leading the franchise operation; overseeing all departments and the professional growth and satisfaction of staff, as well as thoughtfully analyzing and acting upon key data to drive and grow the business.

Report to directly to the company CEO, while working with the leadership team to develop, define and map out seasonal and annual strategic growth plans.
Reports include sales data, overall revenue and growth, and employee data.
Proactively cultivate a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, high-energy work pace, optimism, positive problem solving, excitement about professional growth opportunities and a win-win workplace environment.
Develop a comprehensive annual and multi-year staffing and compensation plan - ensuring alignment with market pay rates, labor budgets and projected growth -- addressing proper equity and various pay rates across organization, recognition of prior experience and company longevity, flexibility for recruiting, timing for raises and incentives, and a strong communications plan for roll out and beyond Manage, hire and establish training plans for all office administrative staff.
Plan, staff, and schedule all assigned work activities alongside the technician supervisor to ensure a cohesive operational unit and customer satisfaction Ensure all areas of the property are well-kept and maintain the standard of cleanliness.
Maintain office and operational equipment and supplies.
Be the face of the company for all customer service and community activities.
Requirements Background in construction, refinishing, or manufacturing a plus Bachelor's Degree in business management, workplace training and development, human development, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in leadership and management A minimum of 5 years experience in business operations History of business development and growth a plus Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously - strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Proven attention to detail and experience with exercising good judgment Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role This job description is not all-inclusive and certain activities, duties or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.
