Job Description:
Dulles Glass and Mirror is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to be the face of our company delivering to various business sites.
Successful candidates will have experience with customer service and transporting items safely and on time.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to businesses and our various showrooms in the VA/DC/MD area in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Loading and unloading items from vehicles.
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to carry 60-70 pounds multiple times a day Ability to operate both an automatic and manual vehicle Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws Strong time management and customer service skills Attention to detail Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Commercial Driving:
