One of Virginia's leading customer focused family business, specializing in world class unique furniture, rugs and accessories is seeking an (experienced or customer focused individual) as Warehouse Team Member to join our team in our Manassas location.
Our Distribution Center personnel play a key role in the success of our business through their support to provide customers with an outstanding product buying experience.
Our Warehouse personnel exhibit a strong customer focus by effectively performing the receiving of merchandise to the distribution center, product staging and movement of merchandise to various store locations, all within the fulfillment of the organization's mission for high standards of performance, and the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding and experience of delivering a high standard of customer service and the willingness for future job growth opportunities.
Have a desire to constantly learn and be innovative, improve on the delivery of services.
They must be self-motivated, with effective communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Be available to work a flexible schedule and weekends required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified forklift operator (preferred).
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass all required background check and other pre-employment screening.
