is looking for an energetic and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The duties of this position include providing support to the company's employees and managers, assisting in daily office tasks, and engaging with internal and external clients while providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
Point of contact for internal and external clients; Responds to 50
client/vendor emails per day; Schedules and dispatches 150
client work order requests per week; Relays information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, supervisors, and clients; Updates and maintains office documents to include, but not limited to contractor and vendor contacts, lease documents, and service reports; Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Orders office supplies and research new deals and suppliers; Tracks and orders client/property material expenses for various suppliers Administers payments to various suppliers Coordinates 30
approvals to clients/properties per week.
Qualifications:
Scheduling and Dispatching experience; Experience with multi-line telephone system; Working knowledge of office equipment such as copiers/printers; Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular); Proficient in basic math concepts (i.
e.
, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions and decimals); Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition; Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management are imperative skills; Highly motivated individual and able to work independently and within teams; Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time; General knowledge of construction is preferred; General knowledge of water restoration is preferred.
