SPEC Innovations, a leading provider of model-based systems engineering tools, is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities Build and manage a portfolio of accounts, primarily in the engineering industry, to promote and sell our software solution, Innoslate.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
Understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Innoslate.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Utilize a CRM system to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and forecast revenue.
Provide exceptional customer support and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in successful software sales, preferably in the engineering industry.
Strong understanding of model-based systems engineering concepts and related software tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in managing a large number of customer accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to track sales activities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.
Location Work location is on-site in Manassas, Virginia.
