Experience selling professional staffing, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, A&F or Administrative in the DC Metro region Proven success in business development of both contract and direct hire staffing solutions Ability to self-motivate and meet assigned goals and objectives for the role Desire to find a long term opportunity with a defined career path Exceptional job tenure Resourcefulness and in-depth knowledge of staffing account management and territory management Ability to thrive and operate under ambiguity and contribute to the development of formal processes Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission plan.
