NoJOB SUMMARYProvides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Patient Care:
Provides and documents assistance to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assists/provides patient care throughout the entire patient experience under the direct supervision of the physician and/or the registered nurse.
Assists in room turnaround, including appropriate cleaning of equipment, supplies, and environment.
Organizes supplies and equipment as needed.
Communication:
Communicates effectively and professionally with all members of the interdisciplinary team, patients, providers, and all levels of healthcare.
Obtains and documents vital signs as prescribed.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with team members.
Resolves conflicts independently as appropriate.
Nursing Expertise:
Assists with patient care while complying with Department, Hospital, and Regulatory policies and procedures.
Understands concepts of sterile and non-sterile techniques.
Administers medication as prescribed by the physician appropriately and in a timely manner.
Adheres to safety measures.
The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1 year of experience preferred.
Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Licensure:
NA I and NA II required.
BLS Health Care Provider (within 60 days of hire) required.

Basic computer skills for documentation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
