Responsibilities:
Parts Inventory Management:
Take charge of maintaining accurate inventory records for Mitsubishi parts, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and aligned with customer demand.
Utilize advanced inventory management software to track and monitor parts movement.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them in identifying the right Mitsubishi parts for their vehicles.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, recommend suitable options, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Parts Ordering and Receiving:
Receive incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and quality, and efficiently organize them in designated storage areas.
Parts Sales and Promotion:
Actively promote Mitsubishi parts and accessories to customers, presenting their benefits and features in a persuasive manner.
Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Team Development:
Foster a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.
Support the training and development of new team members, providing guidance and mentorship when needed.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and refine departmental processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and elevate the overall performance of the parts department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or technical education is a plus.
Prior experience in an automotive parts department or a related field.
Proficient in inventory management systems and related software.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to assist others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to stay updated on new Mitsubishi models, parts, and industry trends.
