About the role:
Supervise the overall operations of the condominium association and provide guidance to staff and contracted service providers as needed.
Maintain regular communication with the Board regarding community-related issues.
Ensure adherence to the Association's Rules and Regulations as outlined in the Documents.
Prepare and distribute notices and meeting packets for Association and Board meetings promptly.
Attend monthly Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, and any Special Meetings as required.
Facilitate the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process and present recommendations to the Boards for their consideration.
Oversee and verify the accuracy of individual unit/lot details within the portfolio.
Assist in the annual budget preparation and updates to the reserve study projects for all communities under management.
Review and approve expenditures, seeking Board approval for amounts exceeding the predetermined threshold.
Provide prompt responses to owner inquiries and requests, following company standards.
Manage decision-making processes efficiently, aligning with both short and long-term objectives for the associations.
Manage after-hours emergency calls as per the scheduled rotation.
