JOB
Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator for Compensation and Classification will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure Prince William County Schools remains competitive in the areas of salaries and employee benefits.
This position plans, develops, and implements classification programs, policies, and procedures to be responsive to our strategic goals and competitive practices.
This position provides ongoing monitoring of our classification program to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and maintain the integrity of the program.
Job Description SALARY:
Grade 13:
$83,109 - $159,242 per year (competitive benefits) DAYS:
250 FULL TIME/PART TIME:
Full time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
