Support an eLearning Course Developer with building and maintaining a records management training course for our Federal Agency clientProvide subject matter expertise to the team by developing content for users to understand basic records management requirements and specific requirements for role-based or microlearning trainingsComprehend, capture, and translate Agency business requirements and policies into easily understood learning content and scenario based explanationsValidate the content against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements to the AgenciesSupport reviews with the Agency of the solutions and perform compliance checks against the objectives of the contentAssist in the development of the trainings to a wide variety of users who will take the training annual to satisfy their Records Management compliance responsibilitiesQualifications Basic
Qualifications:

years of experience with records management effortso Experience with enterprise content management configuration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and Asanao Knowledge of NARA Records Management practices and policy including but not limited to, Records control Schedules, Essential Records, eDiscovery, Capstone Approach, electronic records management, File plans, scientific records, Records Life Cycle, and Holdso Ability to plan, develop, and organize information, documents, data, and records efficiently Additional

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
