The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Keep records of visitors and incoming calls.
Assist with data entry and filing.
Answer questions about the company and its services.
