Daily tasks include providing exceptional front desk and office support:
excellent customer service, greeting and directing clients, answering phones, receiving and reviewing incoming emails, tracking expenses, marketing, daily maintenance of equipment and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office manager and team, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Handle financial tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts, and reconciliation.
Utilize Excel for spreadsheet creation, data analysis, and reporting.
Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for records and reports.
Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate efficient workflow and projects.
Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Support the office manager and Vice President in executing duties effectively.
