As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with medical record management.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe medical documentation during patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans - Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records for each patient - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation - Assist with data entry and retrieval of patient information - Follow established protocols and guidelines for medical record management - Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as needed Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy - Proficient typing skills with excellent attention to detail - Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health record systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information - Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred but not required Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
