Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify patient insurance information and collect payments - Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system - Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed - Coordinate with other departments within the medical office to ensure smooth operations - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role - Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is preferred - Proficiency in using dental or medical office software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - High attention to detail and accuracy Note:
