The ideal candidate will have excellent guest relations skills and be comfortable with phone systems.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with check-in and check-out assistance - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Assist with room reservations and cancellations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
