Candidates should have knowledge of the operation of computers and networking systems (inlcuding novell) methods, hardware, software and practices.
Serve as the first level of support for end users and redirect all issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate group for assistance.
Managing user accounts and/or groupwise accounts.
Set up and maintain user accounts at assigned locations including rights and memberships Install, configure and maintain workstations, laptops and printers.
Triage and diagnose workstation, laptop, and printing problems relating to the network, hardware and/or software systems.
Install and/or update approved network/workstation based software
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems relating to the operation of networked computer hardware and software systems, and operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac.
Experience with ConsoleOne, iManager and NoRM.
Ability to read, write, and work from blueprints and specifications.
Ability to maintain adequate records of all work performed.
Must possess a valid driver''s license and/or commercial driver''s license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
