We are seeking dynamic, experienced candidates for SALES MANAGER covering the Washington DC area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading and motivating the sales team to achieve assigned goals in order to increase sales and profitability for the region.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Proven team builder and coach
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Competency in the use of Social Media to generate traffic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and success driven
Ability to motivate team to peak performance
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree in related field
5+ years experience in sales management, preferably in new home sales

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
