ColonialWebb is seeking a loyal, relationship focused individual to focus on customer retention and the development of healthy, long-lasting customer relationships in the Northern, VA, DC areas: Manassas, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, etc.

What you'll do
Strategic Account Managers partner with key commercial customers to ensure that ColonialWebb continues to proactively address all of their mechanical needs.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and build relationships
Provide technical support to customers and internal staff
Contract management and scope development of commercial service and project contracts
Estimate and review proposals to ensure accuracy of our out-going proposals
Follow up with customers often and influence decision makers
Develop and support all activities to generate pull-through opportunities
Support sales and business development operations in the management of customer accounts
What we're looking for
HVAC sales experience it is not required, but it is nice to have. Successful candidates may be account managers experienced in selling services, projects, and maintenance agreements in other industries or even less experienced account managers looking for an opportunity to cultivate healthy custome. All candidates must be creative, tenacious, quick learning, high energy and entrepreneurial-focused people!
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Commercial HVAC/plumbing background and estimating knowledge preferred
High mechanical aptitude
Possesses a valid driver's license and willing to travel within sales territory.
Possesses sales skills/capabilities necessary for customer acquisition, closing, and retention.
Ability to explain tangible and intangible differentiators between our services and our competitors
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
Customer orientated with strong customer service skills
Loyal and optimistic
Adaptable, persuasive, competitive and passionate
Advanced technological proficiency including strong Microsoft Excel skills
Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
