Position
Responsibilities:

Building client relationships
Selling commercial and residential landscape maintenance contracts
Site analysis & estimates
Proposal presentation and sales

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or related field is preferred
Three to Five (3-5) years minimum related industry experience
Must have a proven ability to build relationships and create sales
Must be a self-starter with a drive to succeed to meet and exceed sales goals
Working knowledge of current horticultural and industry best practices
Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and CRM
Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
Drug test is required
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities is a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
