Office Support Specialist
Team Fishel, a national utility contractor, is hiring an Office Support professional for our growing Manassas, VA operation.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have strong data entry skills, and be familiar with the construction industry. This is a fast-paced office environment where MS Office (including Word and Excel) and construction software is used daily. Previous experience working with Miss Utility and vehicle fleet reporting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include communicating with Customers and Teammates by phone and e-mail; ordering supplies; issuing Purchase Orders; tracking payables; and running reports.
