Our Managers compensation plans include a base salary and also really generous performance bonuses to create an earning potential of over $100K.
For this role:
This individual will work closely with customers to provide them with quotes based on the customers need. They develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery. Duties include but not limited to
o Two (2) years' leadership experience in an automotive repair facility.
o Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills.
o Prior responsibilities of leading, motivating and counseling employees under his/her direction on issues such as safety, quality, and policy and procedure administration/implementation.
o Demonstrated history of improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop.
o Experience in implementing policies and procedures in the areas of financial control, safety, human resources, and environmental compliance.
o Knowledge of point-of-sale software programs, and the mathematical skills to create billings, estimates and to control inventory levels.
o Experience in preventive maintenance to keep facility equipment in safe and effective operating condition is a plus.
o Demonstrated experience in store management operations, such as cash management and loss prevention.
o Prior experience as an automotive technician, and the ability to diagnose and recommend repairs to customer vehicles.
o Other assigned dutiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
