As a member of the team that supports the EPA Verify Engine and Compliance system Contract, my responsibilities include EPA manufacturer code verification as well as CROMERR (Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule). I also ensure that each manufacturer is correctly registered in the verification information system. As a function of my daily activities, I am in constant written and verbal communication with several major vehicle manufacturers and their leadership, to facilitate the successful submission of all necessary EPA required information. in accordance with the data program procedures, I also ensure that all related databases are maintained and stay up to date as this is a key part of the service we provide to the EPA.
