Objective                  I am interested in securing a position in protective services. I have 10 years experience in Security with two years as a Shift Supervisor. My positions between 2001 - 2009 were as a Lead Daycare Teacher, but I have returned to security where my talents as a leader and observer can be used effectively, especially now when security is so very important.

                                    Manassas site was closed after 4 yrs of duty and moved to the Fairfax main                                                       corporate building in June of 2014.

  •  Monitoring site at Security desk in the lobby the CCTV & C*cure monitors

  •  Escorting employees to their vehicles in garage and parking areas

2nd Shift Security Supervisor

1999-2001 UPS Headquarters, Springfield, GA

  •  Supervised four to five officers on shift

  •  Liaison between UPS Security Management

  •  I implemented the use of radio codes for the radios

  •  Developed and monitored Officers duties during shift

  •  Write and collect Daily Activity Logs and Incident Reports

  •  Assisted in writing of Post Orders

  •  Patrolled one complete internal patrol of the 2 main buildings


Security & Console Officer

1997 - 1998 Childress Klein/First Union Building, Atlanta, GA

  •  Worked at the Lobby post in a 28 story office building

  •  Monitored all alarms: fire, doors,, HVAC, elevators and parking lots

  •  Maintained building employee inventory list on Microsoft Excel program

  •  Monitored 16 cameras, answered phones and dispatched officers.



Console Security Officer

1996 - 1997 ARKO Execurtive Services, Atlanta, GA

  •  NBC Security at Centennial Olympic Park during the 1996 Summer Olympics

  •  Monitored and secured site consisting of production trailer, mobile unit and TV        production personnel

  •  Secured site during and after the bombing at Centennial Park

  •  Console Officer at Tower Place a 29 story office building in Buckhead, GA

  •  Supervisor of a Mentally Ill/Substance Abuse home for 24 co-ed adults
