Director of Operations / Human Resources

  • Direct and supervise human resources policies and programs including organizational planning and development, on-boarding, training, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, recruiting, terminations and facilitate L1, H1-B Visa and Green Card processing / transfer requirements and compliance.
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring key personnel, overseeing accounting and payroll functions, and developing budget plans.
